“There is so much talent in the world and these days, it seems that discovering talent can happen in many different ways,” said Black River Entertainment’s President & CEO Gordon Kerr. “At Black River, we love gathering together to hear new talent perform in a comfortable setting, as we do in our new space called ‘The Deck.’ Our desire through the ‘60-Second Spotlight’ is to create a similar environment where an aspiring artist/songwriter has the opportunity to share their talent and take one more step towards their dream. We see ‘60-Second Spotlight’ as an opportunity to bring ‘The Deck’ experience to the fans of Country music at CMA Music Fest and possibly discover incredible new talent. You just never know what could happen…”
